Consultation/Registration All new clients have a free consultation prior to start of service. This allows us to meet with you and your pets and you to meet us, every family has different needs. We prefer to set you up with your personalized pet care service. Please download and complete the forms to the best of your ability prior arrival so that we can review them together. If there is something that you are not sure about, we can address that at the consultation. Once you are registered with HRH Pet Services you have access to the 24/7 emergency sitting care service. At the consultation we will address the following;
• Meet you and your pets
• Review legal considerations, Service agreement, veterinary release, pert insurance (if any) and pet information sheets
• Get detailed information regarding caring for your pets and home
• Arrange services required
• Collect house key
• Make arrangements for payment
• Answer any additional questions

House Keys HRH Pet Services, LLC will collect a key to the clients home at the initial consultation/registration visit if required for home visits. It is suggested that the client allow us to retain the key for future and emergency pet service needs, it will be held in a secure lock box by HRH Pet Services. If requested the key can be returned to the client, the key will be left inside the locked secured home when we leave the premises (after a schedule visit). Please provide instruction on how to secure house without key. There will be a $15 surcharge for every visit to clients home to pick up or return the key outside of a scheduled pet service visit.

Vaccinations The client understands and agrees that by leaving their pet(s) in our care that we have relied on client’s representations that their pet(s) have been vaccinated and are in good health. Client agrees to keep their pet(s) current on all vet recommended vaccinations as long as they are receiving services from HRH Pet Services, LLC. (These requirements can be waived upon by written recommendation from the pet(s) veterinarian HRH Pet Services is not liable or held responsible for any infections, illnesses transmitted during services provided. All dog owners must provide a copy of their current vaccination & rabies documentation to HRH Pet Services, LLC at the initial consultation.

Payment If you are paying cash or check this can be given to us at the initial consultation. Payment for your pet sitting service is due at time of booking your pet sitting service. We also accept Venmo Raquel Foster@HRHPetServices. Please make checks payable to Raquel Foster. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks. Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
Ongoing service agreements are either paid in advance or the 1st day of the following month of service, dependent on individual agreement.
Public Holidays do have a surcharge and require booking in advance with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
We observe the Federal Holidays, and the whole week of Christmas December 24th through January 1st inclusive. We do have a surcharge for these dates and it is dependent on the service that you require.
Cancellation Policy & Charge schedule HRH Pet Services; LLC requires all services to be paid in full at time of booking. If you are booking in advance for premium holiday dates, then a 50% non-refundable deposit will be made at time of booking and the service will be paid in full a month prior to premium holiday date.
A minimum 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of any dog walking and day care scheduled service. 0 – 48 hrs. You will be fully charged for service booked.
For Horse Care, Pet Sitting and Vacation Care services, the following cancellation notice applies, Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date payment in full is due. Reservations are made to plan the pet sitter’s availability to clients. Therefore clients arriving home early will still be required to pay or reserved amount of time. Either party can terminate the contract by providing written notice giving seven (7) days’ notice. HRH Pet Service, LLC may terminate the contract with immediate effect & not entitle the owner to refund should any pet become aggressive, dangerous or any wrongful or misleading information is provided in the owners information or pet information sheets.

Inclement weather We make every effort to maintain service during severe inclement weather, but in the event we are physically unable to reach your home, we will contact you to make provisions/arrangements for your pet(s) to ensure their wellbeing. This may involve reaching out to your inclement weather emergency contact, requesting that they stay with your pet(s) until the roads are clear or by leaving out extra provisions until we can get to your pet. We will contact you ASAP to keep you informed of events. For daily walks we follow the Federal Government Operating Status in inclement weather. We reserve the right to cancel services for any abnormal weather situation. We suggest that you have access to an alternate care giver to assist your pet in such circumstances.

Damages HRH Pet Services, LLC are not responsible for damages or loss to your home or property beyond our control (i.e. leaks, electrical problems, acts of nature, burglary). In the event any of these happen we will contact you immediately before taking any action to resolve the problems. HRH Pet Services subscribes to insurance through Pet Sitters Associates and a copy of the insurance policy is available to the client upon request.

Plants HRH Pet Services, LLC is not responsible for wilted, dead or otherwise unhealthy plants. HRH Pet Services, LLC will work hard to follow your written directions as precisely as possible. Please place all plants together on a waterproof surface in plain sight as the pet sitter is not responsible for water damage or missed plants.

Damage by pet to others Clients will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet sitter or other person(s), by the clients pet(s). Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the pet sitter, in the event of a claim by any person injured by clients pet(s). In the event that another animal is bit by clients pet(s) or exposed to any disease or ailment from clients pet(s), it will be clients responsibility to pay all medical related costs and damages incurred by the "victim" pet(s) owners.

Destruction by pet(s) most often destruction by pets occurs when they are either lonely or bored, though there may be other triggers. We will make attempts to limit such occurrences. We are not liable for any damage done to the client’s home or personal property by their pets. Should your pet soil the carpet, floor or furniture we will strive to clean the area to the best of our abilities. Pets will not be confined or crated for more than 5 hours without opportunity to run or have free movement. Pet owner is responsible for pet proofing house and yard, and the security fences, gates and latches.

Pet(s) Pet(s) owner is responsible for supplying the necessary, safe equipment/supplies needed for care of their pet(s), including but not limited to a sturdy, well fitted harness (halter, collar etc.) for walks or in case of emergencies, firmly fixed tags, lead rope, leash, pooper scoopers, litter boxes & litter, pet food, cleaning supplies, medicines. When walking your dog HRH Pet Services, LLC will supply and be equipped with waste bags and will duly remove the dog’s faeces from all public places. The walker reserves the right to walk other compatible dogs at the same time but undertakes to limit the number of dogs walked with one person to three (3).
The Pet owner must have legal rights to place the animals in the care of pet sitters, kennels and veterinary clinics. HRH Pet Services, LLC cannot service a home with visiting pets or animals that do not belong to the resident of the service site without separate sets of agreement forms, including a Legal Considerations Agreement, accepted and signed by each rightful owner(s). The terms of this document apply to all the pet(s) owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed, at any and all locations the owner designates for service.
HRH Pet Services, LLC are released from all liability related to transporting your pet(s) to from requested destination.
Client further acknowledges that any history or tendency by their pet(s) towards Anxiety, straying, fighting, biting, destructive behavior, or property damage has been fully disclosed to HRH Pet Services, LLC. HRH Pet Services, LLC is released from liability resulting from escaping the property, being in or causing an accident, including a accident resulting from the aforementioned history & tendencies.

Whole Agreement The Service Agreement, Legal Considerations, Owners information & Care Contract, and the veterinary Release Form constitute the sole and entire agreement between clients and HRH Pet Services, LLC with regard to subject matter hereof and the both parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained therein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Medical emergencies If a client’s pet(s) become ill while under our care, client authorizes HRH Pet Service, LLC to transport ill pet(s) to a veterinarian of their choice. In the case of horses, client authorizes HRH Pet Services, LLC to call out their veterinarian to client’s property. Every effort will be made to contact client or client’s emergency contact to approve emergency treatment above pre-approved amount, recommended by the veterinarian (unless otherwise stated in the veterinarian release form). We recommend that clients keep their credit card on file with their vet should emergencies occur. Clients are responsible for payment of all medical bills. Please provide a copy of your pet insurance to HRH Pet Services for your pets file.

Arriving home Clients are required to contact us via phone or text message as soon as they arrive home so we know you are resuming responsibility for your pet(s). Doing so will avoid any additional charges for unnecessary visits to your home.

Arrival & Departure HRH Pet Services requires a 30 minute text warning upon collection or drop of your pet; this enables us to collect your pet’s belongings ready for you and to also separate dogs so that you get a warm welcome from your pet. This also allows us to settle your pet into our home.

Collection & Drop Times We try to be as flexible as we can to work with your schedule. The client is required to stick to pre-arranged drop off & collection time. If you need to drop off or collect your pet outside of the times below, please let us know so that we can make arrangements if possible.

Vacation Care - When you collect your pet after a vacation stay prior to 10am there is not an extra charge, if you collect between 10 am and 6.30 pm you will incur a day care charge. If you collect post 6.30pm you will be charged an extra vacation care charge.

Day Care – Drop off times are from 7 am and the latest collection time is 6.30pm without incurring extra costs.

Minimum in home pet sitting visit requirements All pets are different; some can be left alone for longer periods of time than others. We are always happy to make extra visits; a lot depends on what makes the pet owner comfortable. Our requirements are in place for the safety and health wellbeing of your pet, your pet is our priority.
• Cats must be visited at least once a day
• Dogs must be visited at least once every 12 hours
• Crated dogs & puppies, at least once every 5 hours during the day
• Small animals, at least once a day
• Horses, at least twice a day (recommend 3 x)

Pet photos HRH Pet Services, LLC is granted permission by client to take pictures of clients pet(s) for sole use by HRH Pet Services, LLC.
Client agrees that any or all parts of this agreement may be submitted to the other party in legible and recordable form and upon acknowledgment of receipt by the receiving party shall become valid parts of the agreement.

If you do not wish to agree to any of these statements please bring it to our attention before signing. Please refrain from making alterations or entering your own wording as it will void the contract, if we are not aware of it prior.
